Contract Information
Below is our standard contract. One will be sent to you along with your
first invoice. Please be sure to read the contract before signing up. If

Contract for Service
This agreement is for Internet Hosting Services to be provided
by:

This agreement is binding on the parties named above as agreed to in writing.
The services are to be provided by ILiquid as stated below for the term
of the contract, which is _______ months.
Description of services to be rendered:
Setup Fee: $75.00
This covers the setup of the customer's web, setup of all Unix system
accounts, installation of FrontPage Server extensions (if requested), installation
of mail services (POP, IMAP, and SMTP), setup of FTP services for user
FTP service and for Anonymous FTP service , and the creation and on-going
maintenance of the customer's DNS information.
The services to be provided are based on a specific service plan chosen
by the customer. The customer has chosen service plan ______.
Service Plan A includes:

1000 hits to customer web site per month

20 MB of disk storage

Up to 6 Unix user shell accounts

Up to 6 POP3/IMAP4 e-mail accounts

Creation of up to 4 aliases per individual Unix user account

Unlimited updates either via FTP or FrontPage 97 or 98

FrontPage Server extensions installation, if requested

Full use of FrontPage 98 Server extensions

Anonymous FTP access if requested

Service Plan B includes: All features of Service

Access to raw log file information, if desired

Customer's private cgi-bin directory for approved executable programs

SSL 2.0 Support, if requested

Secured portions of up to 5 directory structures of the web document root
Service Plan C includes: All features of Service
Plan B, with the following changes:

3000 hits to customer web site per month

75 MB of disk storage

Up to 11 Unix user shell accounts

Up to 11 POP3/IMAP4 email accounts

Creation of up to 20 email alliases per individual Unix user account

Email list server technology, with up to 10 lists
Service Plan D includes: All features of Service
Plan C, with the following changes:

5000 hits to customer web site per month

100 MB of disk storage
-
Up to 30 Unix user shell accounts

Up to 30 POP3 e-mail accounts
-
Email list server technology, with up to 50 lists
Service Plans are currently priced as follows:
Service Plan A: $10.00 per month
Service Plan B: $15.00 per month
Service Plan C: $25.00 per month
Service Plan D: $40.00 per month

Setup fees and billing procedures
For each domain account registered, users will be charged a one-time
setup fee of $25.00. For any other items requested that are not
part of the standard plan described above, users will be given an estimate
of the setup charge and will be invoiced with their next regular monthly
statement. New customers will be required to pay for three months of web
hosting under their current plan when the account is activated. There is
a three month minimum requirement. No refunds for unused portions of web
hosting will be made. After the first three months, customers will be billed
in monthly increments. Customer will remit payment within 15 days of receipt
of invoice. The customer will receive their service plan at the above stated
price for a period of no longer than one year from the date of this contract.
After the one year time period, service plan rates may be adjusted to the
current rate. If an entire year of hosting service is paid
for in advance, the customer will receive a 10% discount of the entire
cost; excluding setup fees and initial three month requirement.
Technical Support
Technical support is provided by e-mail for all account plans. Each
customer may submit up to four technical support incidents via e-mail each
month. Technical support does not include programming support, which is
available separately. Technical support is limited to setup help as well
as resetting of passwords and general information about how the customer's
web site functions. During the first month of service customer may submit
up to ten technical support incidents, via email. Additional support
beyond this will be billed at $75.00 per hour (pro-rated).
CGI support and other executables
ILiquid reserves the right to limit any and all executable web server
programs. The purpose of this is not to limit the customer's creativity,
but to ensure the stability of the server itself. All CGI, shell script,
Perl, C Code, and SSL programs must be approved by ILiquid Technical support.
This does not mean that the customer will have to get prior approval before
placing such a program on the server, however, if we find that such a program
is causing interference to other users or may undermine the stability of
the server, it will be removed immediately. In such a case, the customer
may request a stand-alone server at an additional charge.
Downtime
ILiquid is constantly improving the hardware and software of their servers
to better meet the needs of our customers. Because of this, it is necessary
to take our servers down for regular maintenance. However, ILiquid attempts
to perform this maintenance with the customer in mind. Customers will be
given notice of a planned outage at least 24 hours beforehand via their
master POP3 e-mail account. ILiquid will attempt to limit such outages
and perform them when only absolutely necessary. For unplanned outages
ILiquid has the following policy: If a server that your web site is hosted
on is down for more than 72 consecutive hours, the customer will not be
billed for this time. ILiquid will prorate, at the customer's plan, the
number of hours the web site is unavailable during the next regular billing
cycle.
